The College Connections Program introduces music students to what it feels like to be on a college campus. The program includes a tour of UMSL, a performance, Q & A , and a pizza lunch. This program will be Friday December 2, starting at the Touhill Performing Arts Center.

We have a wonderful wind quintet coming on the 2nd of December

  • Ann Choomack, flute
  • Xiomara Mass, oboe
  • Scott Andrews, clarinet
  • Julia Paine, bassoon
  • (horn player to confirm)

They will perform:

  • Ibert’s Trois Pieces Breves (8:00)
  • William Grant Still’s Miniatures (12:00)
  • Malcolm Arnold’s Three Shanties (7:00)

    • 10:00 AM Program overview (Admissions team) – Lee Theater
    • 10:30 AM Campus Tour (Admissions led)
    • 11:30 AM – 12:15 PM SLSO Chamber Concert – Lee Theater
    • 12:20 PM Lunch (pizza) for guest students in Touhill Lobby
    • 1:00 PM Event Ends
