Just a few short weeks ago the Des Lee Fine Arts Education Collaborative was welcoming middle and high school students to participate in the Des Lee Fine Arts Festival. This is an exciting event which gives students the opportunity to participate in a professional environment and receive training and mentorship from college students and higher education professionals alike.
“The festival is designed to be an opportunity to enrich the students in art and music, including band, choir and orchestra.
More than 800 students from the Archdiocese of St. Louis and the Bayless, Ferguson-Florissant, Hazelwood, Jennings, Lindbergh, Normandy, Orchard Farms, Ritenour, St. Charles, St. Louis, University City, Warren County and Wright City school districts took part in the event.”
