Come see the Ophelia String Quartet in our Spring production featuring several excellent works highlighting Classical and Contemporary composers including Franz Schubert, George Gershwin, and a piece dedicated to Rosa Parks by Daniel Bernard Roumain.

The performance will be located in Brauer Hall on the campus of MICDS. The concert begins at 7pm but the doors will open at 6:30pm. It is free to the public and will offer a light reception at the conclusion of the performance. Mask will be required upon entry.

Prison Performing Arts is a multi-discipline, literacy and performing arts program dedicated to enriching the lives of youth and adults in Missouri’s criminal and juvenile justice systems. The purpose of the St. Louis Low Brass Collective (STLLBC) is to provide St. Louis and surrounding regions with educational and performance opportunities for student and amateur low-brass (trombone, euphonium, baritone horn and tuba) musicians, to present concerts and events that are of interest to regional low-brass musicians and provide educational and event information, via a web site, to members of the general public who are interested in low-brass music.
